For beta users, we also collect physiological data such as heart rate and RR interval measurements, along with optional contextual inputs (e.g., training, sleep, or travel) provided through the app. Basic website usage information may also be collected to support service reliability and content improvement.

How information is used

Collected data is used to respond to questions, support private beta operations, and improve readiness analysis, confidence evaluation, and training-guidance workflows. Physiological data is analyzed only in aggregate and longitudinal form to generate individual insights within the app.

We do not sell, share, or disclose personal or physiological data to third parties. Data is not used for advertising purposes and is never published.
